Gary R. Khachian

Attorney Gary R. Khachian is a member of the Firm whose practice encompasses Real Estate Law, Litigation, and Default Solutions Practice Groups. He has over 19 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation. His clients include banking institutions, financial services firms, small businesses and individuals.

Attorney Khachian has handled numerous foreclosures and evictions for over twenty years. He is well-known in Connecticut's Housing Courts for his ability to obtain judgments in eviction matters when tenants have raised defenses or requested extensions or stays of execution. His approach, a combination of pragmatism, fairness, and vast experience with Housing Court personnel and judges, enables Gary to achieve success while not causing our clients to be labeled negatively by the courts.

A Fairfield native and Darien resident, Mr. Khachian is an active member of the Norwalk business and social communities. He was graduated from Brown University and Suffolk University Law School of Boston (with honors). Additionally, Gary served as personal assistant to Senator Christopher J. Dodd from 1983-1985 and was a member of the Armenian Earthquake Relief Team which assisted in a house building project in the Town of Stepanavan, Armenia.

Gary and his wife Ani have three sons and are members of the St. Gregory the Enlightener Church of White Plains, NY, and the Shore & Country Club of Norwalk.
